These terms govern access to the gasmobility.eu website and use of the GasMobility app.
Purpose
GasMobility provides a collaborative map of CNG, LNG and hydrogen stations in Europe, with prices, opening hours and payment methods. The service is informational: it helps you find a station, it does not guarantee the state of the station on site.
Acceptance
Using the website or the app implies acceptance of these terms and of the privacy policy.
User account
Some features (contributions, favourites, routes) require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to harm the service (abusive automated extraction, quota circumvention, false reports).
Contributions
You may propose corrections on stations. By submitting a contribution, you grant GasMobility the non-exclusive right to integrate it into its database and publish it under an open licence (CC BY 4.0), without compensation. Contributions are moderated: they may be refused, corrected or merged with other sources.
Availability and limits
The service is provided "as is". Data comes from third-party sources of varying reliability. Despite continuous arbitration, a station may be closed on site while the database lists it as open (and vice versa). Always check on site, especially for LNG and hydrogen, whose operational availability varies.
Liability
GasMobility cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the use of the information provided by the service, notably an impossible refuelling, a wrong price or an impracticable route.
Changes to the terms
The terms may change. The update date is shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any court action.
